$158,900
Own a bright, corner two-bedroom, two-bath in the historic Citizens Building, one of the few end units with a single common wall for added quiet and extra natural light. Built in 1917 and restored into 63 downtown lofts, this landmark sits at the corner of Gay and High with the city at your door.
Inside, roughly 1,150 square feet of open living, dining, and kitchen sits under expansive windows that pull in all-day light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a tile backsplash, and dark shaker cabinetry. Two true bedrooms and two full baths give you room for guests, a home office, or single-level living, and the primary bath has a double vanity and a walk-in glass shower. Wood-look flooring runs through the main living space, with carpet in the bedrooms.
The best of the building is steps away: coffee from the flagship Brioso downstairs, dinner at Veritas, and a cocktail at The Citizens Trust lounge. Residents enjoy a rooftop with skyline views, secure entry, and a private underground walkway to the optional parking garage. An optional fitness center and rooftop pool are available. Improvements are tax abated through 2031, and the building is Fannie Mae and VA approved. Ask about current buyer incentives.
Steps to downtown dining, galleries, and entertainment, with the future Capital Line nearby. This is downtown Columbus living inside a piece of its history.
