Real Broker offers a generous 85/15 split, allowing agents to retain 85% of their commissions until reaching an annual cap of $12,000. After capping, agents keep 100% of their commissions, with a minimal $285 transaction fee per deal after you Cap, maximizing your earning potential.

Agents with The E.L.I.T.E Group do not pay anything extra to be part of the group. You do have optional leads available for a 10%-35% referral fee and you can purchase an optional CRM/Website through lofty for $40/mo. However, these are not required to be part of the The E.L.I.T.E Group.
