You see I have a 1 car attached garage, and a large 2 car detached garage, a haven for the teenagers and their adventures! As my current family gracefully ages and transitions into new chapters of their lives, it's time for me to find a new caretaker to call my own. Beneath my carpet lies beautiful hardwood floors, just waiting to be revealed and cherished anew. And let's not forget the recent upgrades bestowed upon me? A new roof in 2023, glass block windows in 2022, and fresh siding back in 2001. Plus, my AC and hot water heater are only 3-4 years old!
