1906 Aberdeen Road, Madison, OH 44057

Property Description

This former diamond in the rough just got a facelift! The owners put in some serious elbow grease, but it's finally time to say goodbye to this beauty. They tackled some really big stuff, with a brand-new roof, siding, and even a snazzy garage door in 2023. Not to mention, seamless gutters were installed on both to make sure you stay nice and dry. But wait, there's more! In 2020, the kitchen got a complete makeover – it's basically the Iron Chef's dream kitchen now, even the appliances stay! New flooring throughout, minus the carpet which is just 5 years young, so you can slide around like you're in a sitcom from the '90s. They didn't stop there. The bathroom and laundry room got a fresh look in the last 5 years. Although we had to ditch the old tub because, well, it had a bit of a meltdown, the new one was installed last month. The washer and dryer even stay! One more thing, the owners are taking the hot tub with them, sorry about that! But hey, you've still got an awesome concrete patio in the backyard, done up right in 2021. So, if you're looking for a place with character and some serious upgrades, this might just be your new address!
